And Then There Were Nine

My only sewing this week is the October block of Barbara Brackman's Civil War Quilt called Threads of Memory.  I have now finished 9 of the ten published blocks.  I should get caught up this week.  These are some beautiful and big (12") blocks.  They go pretty fast.

9 Down, 3 to Go

Hope you are having a great week!  We have had a tiny bit of snow the last two mornings.  My hubbie is convinced it is time to move south.

Hop over to Judy's blog to see more beautiful designs.

  1. Nice block. I'm always impressed with folks who can keep up with quilt alongs. Great job on your part.

  2. I'm really liking your blue/red/cheddar combo.
I made the first block and then decided I wouldn't be able to keep up, and I gave it away. : )

  4. Wonderful fabrics and colors in your blocks, Kris... just my kind of colors! I will have to investigate Threads of Memory, and maybe add it to an ever-growing list of projects. Just LOVE your blocks!
