Designing Monday

I had such a good time making the soldier quilt at quilt camp last weekend, I decided to make a second one.  The first one was made from CW reproduction prints and this second one is from a hodge podge of more contemporary brighter fabrics.  I hope to finish it this week.

  1. I like both versions. Of course star blocks are an absolute favorite of mine.

  4. I love these stars with four patches in the center. The different colorways are appealing each in their own way. Love your design wall this week.

  6. I think both versions of your fabrics work! I like the way you put the fabric pieces together to make a star.
